Returns Policy

Welcome to Black Sheep Boutique & Arts - where we believe in keeping it edgy and fun! We know that sometimes your purchase just doesn't quite work out, and that's okay. We want you to be thrilled with every purchase from Black Sheep Boutique.

We only accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor, and free of makeup + deodorant stains. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s). Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after this timeframe - no exceptions!

To start the return process, reach out to our team via email or phone, which you can find on our Contact Us page. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning items. Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to 10 business days to process the return and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

We don't currently offer exchanges, but don't let that stop you! If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. If you have any sizing or styling questions, our team is always here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund. Please note that Black Sheep Boutique is not responsible for any damages to your items once they are washed by you. Always follow care instructions or use the hand wash cycle and do not dry.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. We do not accept returns for items purchased in-store through our online returns process.
